SPIRIT CLEARING & INVESTIGATIONS
Juanita is experienced in paranormal and spirit investigation and clearing.
If you have had any number of the following events happen in your home or business, chances are you have a resident or visiting spirit. (and yes, I have experienced them all and more!)
- strange unexplained noises or bangings/rappings
- animals or people acting strangely
- extremely cold 'spots' for no reason
- breezes that blow through a room with no windows or doors open
- doors/ windows opening and/or closing on their own even though they may be locked or closed repeatedly
- hearing unexplainable footsteps
- different and unexplainable odours or smells, some can be quite pleasant.
- items moving of their own accord
- lights or electrical/electronic items working or refusing to work for no apparent reason i.e. not broken
- feeling of someone sitting on the end of your bed.
- general feeling of uneasiness or of being 'watched'
- feeling of being drained or extremely tired all the time for no apparent reason
- unexplained fighting or anger from members of the household
IN EXTREME CASES:
- items being 'thrown' around the room by an unseen presence.
- unexplainable bad odours
- violent banging or rapping
- furniture being thrown or moved forcefully
- severe bed shaking when you are sleeping
- a feeling of being pushed down and/or unable to move while in bed and awake
- unexplainable happenings that continue constantly.
- nausea/vomiting or a debilitating illness with no reason/cause or diagnoses that happens when these things occur
- screaming, crying or moaning sounds
- doors closing and being locked behind you or in your face when trying to enter a room
If any of these things have happened to you please contact me. Even if you don't want me to investigate I am always interested in hearing of your 'ghostly' encounters and any photos you have taken.

The rates and charges for these investigations and cleansings vary. Please ask for a quote.
Prices vary and are negotiable as investigations and clearings can vary from the simple to the complicated, and Juanita does have to travel to you.
Juanita is available for 'Spirit Tours'. If you would like Juanita to conduct a tour on your building or area to help raise funds for maintenance or restoration please contact her.
